Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Meet IDBSD, a video meeting service run by PT. Indonesia Bisnis Digital ("we", "us"). By creating, joining or signing in to a meeting you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Meet IDBSD lets people hold video meetings with audio, video, chat, screen sharing and a shared whiteboard. Audio and video travel directly between participants or through a relay server run by us; we do not record meetings.
2. Signing in with Google
Some meetings or features may require you to sign in with a Google account. When you do, Google tells us your name, email address and account identifier so we can recognise you and decide whether you may use the service or its administration console. We never receive your Google password. See the Privacy Policy for details.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe the rights of others;
- harass, threaten or abuse other participants, or share unlawful or harmful content;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the service or other people's meetings;
- record, publish or share a meeting without the consent of everyone in it, where consent is required;
- use the service to send spam or malware.
We may remove participants, end meetings or block access when these terms are broken.
4. Hosts and participants
The person who starts a meeting is its host. Hosts can admit or remove participants, turn the waiting room on or off, clear the whiteboard and end the meeting for everyone. Hosts are responsible for who they invite. Anyone who knows a meeting code can try to join, so share codes only with the people you intend to meet.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you share. You allow us to process it only as needed to run the service. Chat messages and whiteboard drawings are kept on our server for up to 24 hours after a meeting becomes empty and then deleted, or earlier when the host ends the meeting.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue it, or these terms, at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for it, if any. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
